The reception lady. She helped me with my check out timing. Secondly was the carpark. I was able to park my car just right outside the villa.

The staff makes the difference
The staff and their service make the difference. They are fast, super friendly and make your stay pleasant. The room (2 bedroom) is ok. We didn’t use much of the facilities expect hanging out at the pool. The pool is nicely located between greenery and gives you a bit of a vacation feeling.
The tv and music system are a bit old and no way to cast Netflix or listen to music from your own device.

Excellent relaxing experience for the whole family with 3 picky kids.
Service was excellent. Many little touches that just made us feel comfortable and pampered eg cookies delivered to room for kids for tea, popsicles at family pool, very prompt buggy service to move the family around the compound, and just the general friendliness and helpfulness of all staff. Oh and all the staff handling the phone when we called for requests were so personal friendly yet capable, best by a distance compared to all hotels we've stayed in before,
Our unit (two-room suite) was spacious and comfortable, and the bathtub got top marks from the kids. In-unit washing machine and drier were very welcome; a time saver to have fresh and clean swimsuit for back-to-back days of swimming.
Beautiful beautiful pool, and the kids could stay all day in the family pool enjoying the float availble. Well-maintained grounds around the hotel. It's a staycation but we really didn't feel like we're in Singapore anymore
Tea time at the living room was also excellent, though we may not do it again next time if we had to queue because the waiting time took very long. But again the service shone through when the staff helped us with some snacks to keep the hungry children mollified during the wait.
Some of the appliances are showing their age (eg TV is not the best / most modern you can find). We're not really there to watch TV or use appliances in a short term stay so we're not bothered, but may be of consideration for those planning a long term stay.
